What products does TankTote sell?
TankTote offers furniture and organization products for entryways, bedrooms, and living spaces. Product dimensions, materials, colors, and features are shown on each product page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped by FedEx within 3–5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4–8 business days.
We provide free shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

How can I track my order?
After your order leaves our shipping facility, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation, shipping address correction, or contact information change before the order is shipped. Please email support@tanktote.shop with your order number.
How do I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns and exchanges requested and sent within 30 days of delivery. New, opened, and slightly used products are accepted, including defective and non-defective products.
A prepaid return shipping label is included with each order, and TANK TOTE LLC pays the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?
After the returned product reaches our return facility and passes inspection, you will receive the refund through the original payment method within 10 business days.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please email support@tanktote.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our customer service team will provide return, replacement, or refund instructions.

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet.
