Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

An order can be canceled before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email support@tanktote.shop with your order number and cancellation request.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. After delivery, the order can be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Changes

Before shipment, you can request a change to the shipping address or contact information by emailing support@tanktote.shop.

Product changes require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new order.

Cancellation Confirmation

A cancellation is complete after our customer service team sends a cancellation confirmation email.

Cancellation Refunds

If payment was collected for a canceled order, the refund is returned to the original payment method. You will receive the refund within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
