Shipping Area and Cost

We provide free standard shipping within the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. No minimum purchase is required.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Our daily order cutoff time is 6:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Carrier and Delivery Time

Orders ship through FedEx. Transit time is 3–5 business days after processing.

The total delivery timeframe is 4–8 business days, including processing and transit.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. To request an address correction before shipment, email support@tanktote.shop with your order number and the corrected address.

For a missing package or a tracking issue, please email support@tanktote.shop with your order number. Our customer service team will investigate the shipment with FedEx and provide the next steps.
